Here at Omega, we know that a focused approach is the best out of any, which is why we knew, a week into the New Year, that some goals were to be set, resolutions as it were, to ensure we knew exactly how to make the most of 2018! Have a read on to see what we're leaving behind in 2017 & where we're heading in the next few coming months!
As it's important to us to provide the best experience to our customers, we're continuing to apply our Missions, Visions & Values to everything we do. However, as the company continues to grow, there have been some changes in strategy in various areas of the business. One of our main focuses for the year is to develop our social media & marketing approach, which we felt could be further refined. The first thing we have started to do is write regular blog posts, as these not only give insight into the goings on in the company, such as our internships & apprenticeships, but also aim to be helpful & informative to readers.
Another focus is to create case studies on recently completed projects, which gives us the opportunity first hand how our work has impacted our customer's businesses. The aim for our case studies is to provide potential clients with an insight into how our security solutions can work for their company.
We're also making a number of updates to our current website to increase usability for visitors to the site - Our social media profiles, including the blog, will be easily accessible, plus we'll be featuring our case studies, as mentioned above. Overall, our changes online will help us feel more connected to our existing customers, plus give any new potential clients the chance to see what life at Omega is really about!
